The complete mechanical structure of a Gantry Crane is precise and systematic, mainly composed of gantry frame, travelling mechanism, lifting trolley, hoisting mechanism and electrical control system. Each module cooperates closely to ensure efficient and stable lifting operation.

The gantry frame is the main load-bearing body of the Gantry Crane, consisting of main beam, end beam and supporting legs, which bears all the weight of the lifted goods and operating components. The travelling mechanism drives the whole equipment to move horizontally along the ground track, realizing the overall position adjustment of the crane. The lifting trolley moves transversely on the main beam, matching with the hoisting mechanism to complete the vertical lifting and precise positioning of materials. The intelligent electrical control system integrates operation control, safety monitoring and fault protection functions, which is the core brain to ensure the standardized operation of the Gantry Crane.

In addition, for outdoor working scenarios, the Gantry Crane is equipped with professional safety accessories such as rail clamps, anchoring devices and buffer stoppers. These devices can effectively resist outdoor strong wind impact, avoid track derailment and collision risks, and greatly improve the operational safety and environmental adaptability of the equipment.
